Ju Han Wong
Commissioner
Ju Han had previously worked in a major Indonesian conglomerate group in its Corporate Finance Divison for 5 years from 2008 to 2013. The group is one of the largest privately-held groups in Indonesia with core interests in agribusiness, life insurance and property. Ju Han had also worked at major financial institutions DBS Bank, Mizuho Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, specializing in fund rising activities relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate banking and wealth management.
Soraya Bahfen
Director
Soraya cherishes giving back to society through educating others. Soraya completed her university education in Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce and Double Master’s degrees in Commerce and International Business. Soraya previously had experience in agri business in Australia. Currently, she is a shareholder and director number of companies that has interest in agriculture and executive education. She is also appointed as a deputy head of permanent committee of Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN Indonesia).
Budi Harsono Lim
Director
Budi brings with himself extensive experiences in corporate finance, investments, and finance accounting, having spent 13 years of his tenure with some major business groups and a PE fund manager. During his tenure in corporate finance and investments, Budi was heavily involved in M&A, restructuring and capital market projects before he made his move as Chief Financial Officer. Budi graduated from one of Indonesia’s reputable universities and he is also a CFA charter-holder.
